Beginners and experienced players welcome
After success in Canvassing (generating 10 leads/ week for a month), you will be trained on properly maintaining new business in this Junior Account Manager position.
As a Junior Account Manager, you will be guided by your Territory Sales Team Captain, who is in charge of making sure you understand and have all the information to properly managed the account, from A - Z, throughout the Claims Process.
Once proven successful with assistance, Junior Account Manager will be promoted into Storm Damage Restoration Expert and work on their own.

After showing success in the Storm Damage Restoration Expert position (Over $250k sold, and collected, in 3 consecutive months), territories will be assigned to manage ALL projects, and associates within the territory.
The Territory Sales Team Captain position is in charge of making sure that their territory is being profitable, that Junior Account Managers/ Storm Damage Restoration Experts are well trained and equipted to successfully manage and maintain projects in the Claims Process, from start to finish.

There is no successful team without a strong Clubhouse Atmosphere. At Prime Roots Restoration, we are looking to provide a competitive, fun, growing atmosphere that is centered around TEAMWORK!
As a member of the Clubhouse Staff, you will be assisting the team in making sure they have all the proper equipment necessary to complete the job, making sure leads are entered into the system properly, and assist the Territory Sales Team Captain in making sure that ALL information is handled for the TEAM throughout the Claims Process for our customers
